ADD and Loving It

Make it stand out

In 1993, the A.D.D. Resource Center was founded to assist individuals with Attention Deficit Disorder (now commonly known as ADHD) and their families. We offer a variety of programs, such as Coaching and Parenting Classes that aim to alleviate the challenges of ADHD. We invite you to inquire about how we can positively impact your life.

Sadly, ADHD remains a highly misunderstood condition. However, we highly recommend viewing the below video, which humorously and compassionately sheds light on the subject.

Produced in 2009 by Big Brain Productions Inc., this one-hour documentary features Canadian comedian and actor Patrick McKenna, his spouse, and directors Rick and Ava Green. The video provides a poignant and amusing glimpse into life with ADHD.

This documentary offers valuable insights to assist individuals without ADD in comprehending the daily challenges their spouses encounter. If you are, I was already familiar with many of the examples and categories depicted; it is beneficial to witness and gain a deeper understanding of the numerous things with people in our lives for context.

For someone with ADD, even mundane tasks can be more difficult than those without the condition. In general, the documentary provides excellent information and support.

We look forward to a longer version with more detailed information and additional examples.
